I found the toilet parts I needed without too much hassle, though I also feel like I had to poke around more than I expected. Most of what I needed was in stock, except one item was backordered, which was a little annoying but not a huge deal. Shipping was fine, not super fast, but not slow either. Overall, good experience, even if it wasn’t perfect

I did get it installed in the end, but the instructions had me a little confused. At one point I wasn’t sure if I’d skipped a step or done something too early, so I had to go back and reread a few parts. It worked out eventually, just wasn’t the smoothest setup for me

I tried returning a seat what a headache. The website kept sending me around in circles like some kind of broken maze, and customer service was basically useless. Took days to get back to me, then they replied with those lazy copy-paste answers that don’t actually help. On top of that, I still had to pay return shipping even though the info wasn’t clear at all. Total clown show. I won’t be buying from Toto again.

I had the TOTO washlet installed about a month ago, and so far it’s been really nice. The warm water and heated seat work great, and the dryer is decent, though not exactly amazing. The remote has a lot going on, so it took me a few days or so to get comfortable with it. Overall, I’m still happy with it

That said, I do think when people are paying this much, the overall value should feel a bit more fair. Some of the parts and extras ended up costing more than I expected, and those little add-ons add up quickly. It’s a good product, but I’m not totally convinced the price feels right for what you ultimately get.

I got a Toto toilet from totousa.com it’s been solid so far. The flush is way stronger than I expected, but it’s not obnoxiously loud or anything. Just a quick whoosh and it’s over, which is great because our old toilet sounded like it was trying to launch itself into space every time someone flushed. My only little complaint, and yes I’m going to be picky about it, is that the refill noise is slightly noticeable at night. Not horrible, just enough that if the house is quiet, you hear it. Still, compared to what we had before, this thing is so much quieter.
